Yogalates is a series of exercises combining physical Yoga and Pilates. It provides the perfect combination of Yogas flexibility and meditative, flowing movements with the static and dynamic strength and precision control of Pilates. The workout takes you through challenging Pilates exercises for the stomach, back and bottom, combined with dynamic Power Yoga. Some sections of the workout use a small ball. You can also complete the exercises without the ball. Yogalates builds strength, flexibility and balance, for improved physical and mental strength.
